Re-Registering quartz.dll from System32 fixes the problem. The question is: is this behaviour by design when using PropPage.dll from the Vista SDK on XP/SP2? Do I need to download the Vista SDK (which is supposed to have the DWMAPI.DLL) or is there another one which you think will do? The Vista SDK is 1.15 GB. (I get the recommendation to register this dll when I run the RegisterDevice.exe program it to work. Not sure what is going wrong.

Wondering why these files are supported if they do not register properly on Vista. This is a bug in VISTA Imo...something they need to address for developers.
